Why would someone reject your guest post if you write a guest post on a keyword having above 1000 searches per month having low to middle competition?
And You write an article of more than 1000 words with headings, sub-headings, images, video and bullet points with only one internal link to your post; I don't think so you will be rejected.
And 90% you will not be rejected if you make an excellent infographic too.
Many Pakistani and Indian don't think beyond a guest post above 500 words and a poorly written article that will not be an advantage for any of them.
