Christmas Eve

I met up with my high school friends to celebrate Christmas this year.
It was a special get-together because one friend who moved to Seoul came back to LA for a visit. It's been a year since last time we met up.

When I entered the apartment, HW, the visiting friend, was still cooking dinner and my other friend taught me how to play Overcooked while waiting for food. A one sentence description of the video game:

"This is basically what HW's doing in the kitchen."

Yup! It's a cooking game that requires team effort to finish the task.
So as one of our friends was actually preparing for meal, we were also cooking in the TV screen. 😂 The visual development of the game is bubbly and cute. It's somehow addicting to watch the characters in their adorable movements. I say it was a perfect game to hang out with friends and enhance Christmas spirit.

The highlight was the homemade pasta, salad and onion bread by HW!
