We have come a very very long BUT short road in crypto. I say a long road because its been almost ten years since Bitcoin was introduced to the world. But when it comes to the financial world Crypto is still in it's infancy. The amount of money that flows in the rest of the global markets is not even worth comparing. This is what intrigues me the most!!!!! You see we are involved in a market of digital currencies. Once the rest of the world figures out how simple it is to use blockchain the dominoes will fall and fall hard. Pushing all the coins with serious projects up in value.
So when I hear people say that we are in a bubble I tell them so is everything else. The U.S. government has been printing money for decades along with big banks and I don't see the masses complaining.
Five years from now I see a 50 Trillion dollar market cap
50 isn't a lot to hope for and still small in the world of global finance. I can't tell you if Bitcoin is going to be the major reason for it but the interest in crypto is just too strong. Companies are springing up left and right trying to be the one that goes mainstream. We all know what happens when a crypto is adopted into the mainstream. Honestly I don't think the technology is ready yet but it will be sooner than we all think. Brilliant minds are coming into the space by the droves. I can even see NASA implementing blockchain technology for it's accuracy. BlockChain technology is far superior than what the average person in the space even imagines. So many are blinded by the prospect if becoming rich with the next bhig coin that they don't see it's already here. Imagine government elections run with blockchain tech FULL TRANSPARENCY. I will bet my last dollar that governments around the world are trying to figure out how to best utilize this technology. Maybe we are moving into THE age of TRANSPARENCY.
Nowadays you can find any info you want on any individual online. But gun companies don't have a system that can tell them exactly who they are selling to. I'm all for individual privacy but we live in a world where major tragedies have occured because of inadequate communication. How can this be so? But I see BlockChain tech as the world's savior. So in about twenty years I can see the world running on BlockChain making it the new standard for just about everything.

Agreed, I have family members who say isn't cryptocurrency used for drugs and illegal activity. and I have to always remind them that fiat currency will always be the better way for drug dealers to move funds. cryptocurrency is an accountants wet dream as it allows for a public ledger that can track payments. Obviously monero is the exception, but I think that this proves how much farther crypto can go.

With the way cryptocurrency moves, I think in 5 years to come, I think it will be more than 50 trillion dollars. Crypto is growing rapidly around the globe its a thing of joy to me, in 5 years to come it will be up 80 trillion dollars.
Awareness need to be created about this cryptocurrency, because many don't know about it and those who knows, don't know how it works.

I agree with your opinion. Cryptocurrency is the future of the world economy. Now we see how some countries and individuals resist the growth of the cryptocurrency market. They see this as a threat. But this is not a threat to the economy, but a threat to individual people who control the economy. It is cryptocurrencies that will change this world. Growth is unstoppable
Thanks to the technology of the block chain, we get full security of our funds. All payments become very fast and secure. Transaction information is public at any time. In fiat currency this is not. It is the currency of the currency that is the source of machinations and fakes.
50 trillion dollars is the real figure that is realistic to achieve in 5 years. The place where we are now is the beginning of the road. This train that is gaining momentum. Therefore, my opinion - everything is just beginning. You need to have patience.

This is the future, whether you like it or not. Everyone is jumping on this bandwagon pretty much, if I can use that phrase. Even IBM has their own blockchain.
