Do you khow who you are

If you don’t know, no one will know either! If you confuse people, you’ll have to work harder to build their confidence in you.

To be a leader:

You must be who you are, all the time.

Your personality is your brand.
What you stand for, is your motto.
Your morals are your passport.
The way you dress is your style.
Trust is built on your behaviour.

Your unwritten CV:

Your gestures and habits can betray you or advance you.

Your personality goes before you. When people want to work for your firm, they want to know who they are going to work with and how they handle’ people. Whether the guy is amean old geyser’ or a helpful mentor.
If you’re an artist, people want to know what you’re really like. It adds more character to your paintings. Your personality speaks volumes about your paintings.

What has this got to do with blogging?

The way you write says a lot about you. The language and jargon you use portrays your personality.

The way you describe things shows how you feel about things. Negative or positive? Whether your blog is dull and boring, or fun, interesting and exciting to read!
How you explain your personal experiences, builds trust, integrity and authenticity.
The way you design your website and setup your blogs with headlines and images, is your style.

Knowing who you are helps you:

When people get to know you and what you write about, they know who to go to for advice or for fun. You not only become their friend but also their mentor.

I'm not sure the first sentence would be true. Even if we don't know ourselves, people around will know. And some of your point after talk about this. Like when you said that our body language tells what we are. This is dangerous not knowing ourselves, I agree, but "Who will know?", Everyone else and this is why it's so dangerous.
