Today we spent around 4 hours looking at houses that fit our criteria. We have a relocation agent as well as a housing agent to take us around. So let's start with the good first. The houses are all pretty good and in decent condition although some have more obvious signs of wear and tear.
Location wise, all are pretty good but could be better as none are that close to the train stations. Some are close to either famous night food markets, malls or parks. A big plus.
Now the downside of all of them is that they aren't as good a location that we are currently in. Also there is no service and we would have to figure out the intricacies of local living pretty quick if we are to live there. So ultimately, the question comes down to whether we would trade off the service and location of the place we are currently living in for a bigger space.
Right now, we are leaning towards a no but my wife and I need to discuss a lot more over the next couple of days before making a decision.
