I love the concept of running toward something rather than running away from something. This is a beautiful story. I come from a family of distance cyclers so I understand the sense of open wide space in that journey.

I just finished reading your intro. Heart-wrenching and so, so brave. My sister is my best friend, and so I can only imagine what your journey has been like since. Yes yes yes! I think a periodic introduction is important, we are always changing in some degree after all. I imagine your travels have shaped you in a way that you yourself may not be aware of until you write it down. I've read a few of your posts, you really do have a magnificent eye.
