The bot just made its 5000th post!
The @OriginalWorks mention bot project started a short few months back with the goal of helping curate and promote great original content!
For those who don't know, @OriginalWorks is a mention activated bot. You can read the FAQ here. I have to update the FAQ to include the daily posts, but it will give you a general idea.

I really want to thank the users who see the value in this bot and continue to use it. This bot's objective is to be a community driven curation system, where the users decide who gets rewarded. Lately I have been using a resteem system to reward posts that get selected by the community.

If you have been paying attention, I have been adding to the SP gradually. I always welcome delegations from people who want to support this effort.
What's in the future?
@OriginalWorks has been growing at an unbelievable pace. As it grows, it will be better equipped to promote and curate content in a more meaningful way. As always, I read every reply that comes to my posts. Please feel free to make suggestions as a reply and I will take them into account. Without you, this project has no value.

The bot does not put original comments. It scans the work to see if it is original and comments about the work. You can find examples in the FAQ linked above.

One suggestion... perhaps the upvote could be limited to the post and not comments? I had someone put a two word comment on one of my posts and then use the bot to upvote themselves. Not sure if it is possible???
