Business analysis; It is the process of analyzing organization structure, policies and operations by using a set of tasks, processes and techniques in order to be able to produce solutions in order to reach the business goals of the institutions.

The business analyst is the person performing the business analysis activities. System analysts, requirement engineers, process analysts, product managers, institutional analysts, business architects are involved in the processes involved in the fields of knowledge of the business analysts, process analysts, product managers, institutional analysts.

The field of analysis is the institution itself or just one unit.
