Want a different blog thumbnail from the first picture in your post? Here's a way.

A cute baby to draw people in.If you can cope with your post starting out with a similarly-sized thumbnail, like the one on the left, then you can just put a thumbnail sized picture at the start of your post. Then you can have another picture here:

Then, like I have done down below, this last picture will be the one that's the thumbnail alongside your blog post, because you put that thumbnail at the start of your post.

Now, how did I do the clever formatting at the start which emphasised the first paragraph? I wrote <space>|<space>after the image insertion instruction and - | - on the next line after the text. That is, I put it in a table.

To get the thumbnail that size, insert your image as usual, but immediately before the link, write https://img1.steemit.com/192x110/. So it reads ![A cute baby to draw people in.](https://img1.steemit.com/192x110/http://i.imgur.com/YNBAKLh.jpg).
