Earlier and earlier!

We'll be off for the archery contest in about 1,5 hours, but I wasn't supposed to get up for another half hour. I was just lying awake though and figured I'd get up.

I was thinking about the original plan of me just joining them to watch the contest, instead of me actually participating. My boyfriend's dad told me last week that I would participate aswell, but I'm pretty sure now that I don't want to do that. I'll kind of feel like letting him down, but then, the original plan was for me to just watch. Honestly, when I started archery, I wasn't sure I'd ever want to join a contest, so joining one in the Ardennes in for easter is already more than I was originally thinking.

Today, I just want to see how it all works and how far I have to shoot on a contest like this. So, I think I'll risk disappointing my boyfriend's dad, but I just really don't want to participate today.

I guess that kept me awake this early in the morning. So I got up, squeezed some lemon juice and booted up the pc.

I'll tell you about yesterday, though I'll have to share the pictures with you later! They're still on my phone.

So yesterday morning, my boyfriend's dad came over and the two of them went to the bathroom to take out our bath. Then, his brother in-law came and helped set up the shower cabin. By that time, my boyfriend wasn't really needed anymore, so we drove to my house to do some packing and cleaning there.

We arrived to see my mail on the door mat. I'm happy the mailman found the slot in the door. Then, we packed up a couple of things, emptied out one of the rooms and cleaned that up. We packed up some other things, filled the car and then we were on our way to the sushi restaurant for lunch.

After lunch, we drove back to the cabin and greeted my boyfriend's uncle who told us we were right on time for the shower to be finished! They were just packing and cleaning up a bit. So, we cleaned up the place and then, we had a shower!

My boyfriend went to try it out right away before going to the grocery store. It was amazing he said! After the cold bath shower for months, this was so much better! The only thing was that the water wasn't draining very quickly.

Then, we had dinner and my boyfriend's best friend came over for a while. They did some gaming while I watched The Voice and then we watched the movie Life. After that, it was my turn to try the shower. So much better than the bath! I was so happy to finally be able to have a proper shower!

The only thing was, the water wasn't draining very fast. Actually, hardly at all. Luckily, my boyfriend found the cause. The roster in the drain was already completely clogged up! From dust mostly, so we cleaned that up and now, it runs perfectly!

Then, it was time to sleep and that leads me back to me lying awake and not wanting to compete in the archery contest.
