Beautiful avocado.
From time to time I make tomato soup with tomatoes, water, a squeeze of lime, a bit of onion, salt and pepper.
Yesterday I addded an avocado. I blended everything in a blender and heated it gently in a saucepan. The avocado made is so deliciously creamy that it made me think: hey why didn't I think of this before.
