Technological Advancement and Insight of problems It has left behind

Development is ever going process, it has always been in this world and will always be. In just few decades to 2017 we have accomplished a lot in infrastructures, energy production, increased quality of life and many more. These all improvements are due to advancement in technologies day after day with the speed that we haven’t thought of before.

With regular advancement in technologies life has become easier than ever before: everything has become available at our fingertips. But sadly these improvements has affected lives of only those who are in touch of these technologies, who knows how to take advantage of these technologies. BPO (Business Process Automation), which is basically a way to automate everything in the enterprise with the help of IT (information technologies) (i.e. making every process be done automatically) has acted like a boon for business enterprise and for those who know how to make that automation get to work, but on the other hand It has created trouble for employees who have no idea about it: it is creating unemployment as almost every business enterprises are heading towards automation.

Today internet is world and has acted like world to its users providing unlimited and unbounded access to every information on internet. World economies are turning online, which is good for economies but for those who still doesn’t have access to internet it is creating trouble in moving with pace of rest of the world who are in touch of the internet.

Question arises how to address the problems that these technological advancement are leaving behind?? But at the same time continuous advancement is also equally important to address. How will we bring co-operation and minimize the problems as much as possible??

Answer is technology itself. Technology advancement should not be for only those who have already access to it but it should try its best to cover the uncovered portion of population who are lacking behind the pace. Most of the companies are profit motive in this world which is good for companies but welfare for everyone connected to their companies should also be considered. Business automation is good way to improve the way the company used to work. But instead of automation we can bring in the technologies that adds to human efforts, which increases their efficiencies and reduces the errors, makes work faster. This will be equally beneficial for the companies to head towards improvement, it can help to increase the value of the company.

Many factories or manufacturing units are setup in remote areas, instead of seeking competent professionals we can hire one who is lacking behind to those advancement by giving training. But will it increase the cost to the company due to training?? Yes, it will ==> but it can be compensated by giving low payouts in beginning (than the company would give to competent individuals). By the time you’ll increase the payouts you will have already compensated more than what you have spent out for the training.

These were just insights and personal views of how can we address problems but many companies are live examples of this. Many companies are working their best in addressing these problems by trying to connect whole world to one thread: technology and internet.

Google has introduced a project named Project Loon: Project Loon is a network of balloons traveling on the edge of space, designed to extend Internet connectivity to people in rural and remote areas worldwide. We cannot think of opportunities it will bring to people when they will be connected to internet. Education, proper knowledge and it will cat as open book to people and can help them to move with the world.
