I hate Windows Update

I also don´t like Windows, because always have to update automatically whenever I'm playing? It looks like it was already scheduled to start downloading when I'm playing, to get me stressed out, and the worst still is that sometimes it updates and wants to shut itself down, even though you have something very important open without saving.
