Good morning everybody! I hope everyone slept as well as I did. Solid nights rest here. I just finished my cup of coffee for the morning, and am now listening to Peter Gabriel's So. I love his music. His work really speaks to me when I am in the mood for it.
I am not feeling as manic as I have been, yesterday and today; I am feeling less irritable and more sad. I am wondering if this is the new medication, or if my cycle is finally coming to it's resolution. Either way, I have to keep on trucking along. I feel like a low 6 today, maybe slipping down to a 5 even. I will have to keep an watch throughout the day.
Helped my partner make Spanish rice yesterday. We are going to eat it today for lunch with some baked beans. I love home made meals so much! I also worked a little bit on my writing yesterday. I was inspired while taking my meditation bath in the dark. The muse came to me, so I worked some, but I feel like that I need to keep on working on it. There was so much coming forth, I couldn't write it all down.
Goals for today: Call my Dad. Call my Mom. Exercise. Yoga. Garden. Shower. School. Play. Write. Read.
