What is government? It is hard to explain huh? Some say it is a body formed when a group of people get together and decide that they are going to form a government to handle certain duties, with a few people in charge to handle the responsibilities of carrying out those duties.
At what point does that group get to do the following though.
- Force people into this group who have not agreed by contract to be part of it?
- Take property from it’s members (both willing and forced members)
- Go out an conquer other areas and force them to be a part of that government.
The illusion is that the group of people “appointed” just does it, and the people just go along with it under the belief that those “rulers” have authority to do it.
It’s an illusion though. Today it is an out of control illusion that has murdered hundreds of millions of people in the 20th century. It’s murdered millions in the new millennium. It’s confiscated the Property of billions of people. It has started countless wars in order to make a few very wealthy.
When do we put an end to such a terrible system? When do we become civilized and stop depending upon an illusion. In the future people will realize that government power is evil, and needs to go away.
