Viruses has been around since bacteria first appeared on earth, Scientist still argue till this day what came first bacteria or virus (chicken or the egg) What is the definition of a Virus:
*An infectious and parasitic microorganism
*A virus is incapable of independent metabolic
activity and replication, it must invade a live
animal, human, or plant cell from which to
derive the energy for survival
*To replicate, the virus provides only the
genetic code and the invaded cell provides the
raw material.
The Internet is the biggest Virus known to man.
Let me show you why and the reason its the biggest ever and will always be. The definition of the Internet:
*A protocol inserted in the computers basic
application software
*The Internet is incapable of independent
activity and replication, it must need human
interaction and energy for its survival
*To replicate, the Internet needs other
computers to provide the world wide web
Don't you think the definition of a Virus and the Internet are quite similar. A virus can stay dormant forever same as for the Internet, Even if you cut off the power supply as soon you turn the power back on it will continue to thrive no matter what you do, it will always be there.
The biggest irony in all of this is that we invented the computer then we infected it with the Internet (THE VIRUS) and now we infected our self with the Internet. What a synbiotic relationship we have with this VIRUS.

Internet is the channel, the medium, the enabler for the biggest horrors we may face, AI killing humanity! I'm not say this will happen, but the chance is not zero, especially when singularity is reached.

Yeah but AI is not the Internet. AI is an entaty that humans will create a artificial consciousness. Ai will use the Internet to learn everything.
