Caring about content isn't inherent to Steemians. Creating content here adds extra work on creators who then have to push it with other Steemians, instead of growing their audience organically

It may have something to do with the Steemit culture of quantity over quality that has unfortunately been misunderstood by many, wherein it's only the earning part that matters.
