I read your article and it seemed very interesting. I would like to acknowledge that being yourself leads you to be happy with what you have and what you need to live. Likewise, being yourself must be accompanied by treating the people around you well without waiting for the person to respond in the same way. For me this implies an internal change and from there change our environment.
