I totally understand where you are coming from. Personally I've discovered I connect best with women who do have brains and who are able to hold a conversation about more than just a taste in music. The same actually goes for when I meet other guys though, so people in general.

On the other hand, I think (not sure though) that the guys you describe are actually guys who don't have much brains themselves either.

The way I see it, it's like natural selection. Just don't waste your time on them :) I know I don't! (regardless of gender)
