Who made the rules ?

Who made the rule you should never show the world your problems? I have cried countless times and many will never know because when I do there's always a voice whispering they should never know. I believe every individual in this world rich or poor is facing some struggle instead of listening and helping each other we continue to hurt each other, why?Because nobody knows how will anybody ever get the help they are so in need of if we continue to feel ashamed.The biggest question I have is who made the rules in this sick and twisted game, should we still continue to call ourselves human beings when the thing that sets us apart from animals has become something we no longer have within us (emotions) Empathy could go a far way listening to your brother,sister or a complete strangers problems without having a word to say feel what they feel and try to understand some would say that's why God made Eve for Adam all his problems she would understand.
