Nutrition & Healing
Today was my first day at a new day job and my plan was just to eat when I was done with it, but when I took my lunch, I went to a gas station and got some water and these little "sandwich" things that are just salami and cheese. Regular salami and regular cheese, but that's not any worse than fast food. Other than maybe hardboiled eggs, that's about the closest thing to real food one can get in this particular gas station.
When I got home, I made a massive feast. A pound of the ground beef I got from Colorado Craft Beef topped with some shredded raw milk gouda cheese, six strips of bacon, and six eggs. My plan during the workweek is most likely to observe an OMAD eating pattern because I definitely don't feel like eating at 5 am when I get up and am getting ready for work, and I don't like to really eat while I'm away at work, either.
Mindset
Does this count as "supportive" content? I think it does. This response by Paul Saladino, MD is full of the type of useful information we've come to expect from him. This show was a travesty, and I feel bad for Paul Saladino and the Strong Sistas for having to put up with the nonsense. It's certainly worth a viewing.
Movement
10,000 steps today was easy because I got in more than before I was even done with work for the day! You can read all about it in my daily Actifit post by clicking the image below.
