Ingredients :
Banana dough
Large banana 2 pieces.
Sugar 100 grams
Butter 75 grams
Milk 250 ml.
Flour 280 grams
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Soda 1/4 tsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Chocolate dough
Chocolate 100 grams
Butter 60 grams
Sugar 150 grams
Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk 300 ml.
Flour 250 grams
Cocoa powder 60 grams
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Soda 1/4 tsp.
Salt 1/4 tsp
And so proceed
Prepare the banana dough. Bananas we put in a bowl and mash with a fork or tolkushkoj for a potato.
Add sugar, melted butter and milk. Mix the whisk until it is uniform.
Add flour, sifted with soda, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Knead the dough.
For a chocolate dough, put in a bowl chipped into pieces chocolate and diced butter.

We bake. These wafers are delicious and warm, and completely chilled.
