I can't agree more. I have experienced that listening is much more important than speaking. Once you fully and completely focus on people you are interacting with, you won't only understand their words but also what truly drives them. Often our focus is on what we are about to say, missing the opportunity of a real connection. I have been practicing active listening for some time and i can say it does magic in relationships . People feel understood, they trust you and want to know your opinion.
