My Silver, crypto gamble and a big thankyou!

Good morning to all my Steemit friends.

Firstly, I would like the thank you all for upvoting my posts it is greatly appreciated.
I have viewed many of your own sites and will endeavour to give you as much support on this platform as I can.

This platform is a totally new experience for me and so is having people interested in the content I post.
I like to do my own unique posts and my own content garnered from my own life experiences.

Currently, I have been investing in the physical silver and the crypto currencies. Bitcoin and Ethereum! I did my first Ethereum purchase this morning through coin tree an Australian exchange that was working while most of the others like coinbase were not working.

It has been a rather harrowing experience to say the least. The crash course in crypto currencies, setting up online and paper wallets, keys, pass phrases and making sure you do backups etc.

I scared the shit out of my self when I tried to transfer some bitcoin to a paper wallet a couple of months ago and my password didn't work. Half an hour later I had worked out that I had miss typed when transcribing a word from what I had hand written. Relieved I was to work it out.

Do I think these new technologies will work? Well I don't know. Only time will tell.
My current thoughts are to invest only what I am prepared to lose.
My current view is that I am a poor slave now and if it don't work then I will be a poor slave in the future.

I have always been slow to embrace new technologies in the past as I felt that I did not need them, so this time I decided to try to get a better start on the changing world that is heading our way. Well it was friend of mine that got excited and pushed me in the right direction.

I still had an analogue mobile phone when they closed the network! Funny hey!
Now it is electronic apps etc. It is so amazing how far technology has come since I was a child. We didn't even have touch phones.

My current goals for the immediate future is to create enough wealth to never have to work again. I Freakin hate being a slave and having to go to work everyday!!!!! I want to build my dream eco home and have some investment properties. And lastly, I want the wealth to be able to continue my Tasmanian Tiger research project that I started a number of years ago.

So, as a result I did a lot of research into the global monetary system and decide it was Farked and a world wide wealth transfer would take place in the near future. I want to be a part of this wealth transfer so I started to invest in physical silver and now the crypto currencies.
