Say Thanks for Everything!

Appreciate and Take as much time for every little thing.

Have you asked yourself why things can become less important over a period of time?

When I was in high school my parents bought me 2 hoodies and I instantly fell in love with them. As time passed by my hoodies multiplied and I loved each one of them.

As my hoodies multiplied, I took more care of the new ones rather than the old. I made sure they were clean, nice, and beautiful while the old ones would wait in one place. I knew that the old ones will always be there but I would never wear them.

Gradually I would forget about them and eventually they'd be sent to a thrift store.

This situation may be the norm but what if I treated my dogs and cats the same? Or even my friends and parents? Then the story would be very different.

Don't forget to treat everything with the same appreciation, old and new, beautiful or unattractive, useful or not. You may never know when the day comes and you need them.

I am grateful for my friends, family, and especially for my girlfriend who has given me so much happiness this year.
