Thank you! I would really appreciate the feedback. I am, by no means, a professional writer. I'm a much better orator, and am about to start doing some videos, instead of just writing. I feel that I have a hard time getting everything out when I write. I do private tasting for groups up to 200 people often, so speaking is much easier for me. It's an intimidating boundary though, being on video for the world to see. haha!
