Sleepy Kitty

Being true to her kitty roots, Cleo loves sleeping. It's fun to see her taking her cat naps everywhere. She can fall asleep almost anywhere, on the chair, on the computer table, on top of the bags in the corner and even underneath the couch. But one place she loves the most is my bed.

It's a really sweet sight to see her on my bed when I return home. It makes me feel like she misses me thus she sleeps on my bed because my scent is lingering and it makes her feel comfortable and safe. Well it's either that, or she just likes the bed because it's more comfortable than the other areas.

Once I finally did buy a bed for her, she did enjoy it. But I had to kind of slowly trained her to understand that this bed was hers to sleep on. As her bed is on top of a chair, I like to push the chair near my bed itself. So sometimes at night while she's sleeping, if she gets cold she can come and snuggle with me underneath the blanket.
