According to me, Early morning is best time to wakeup. People like to sleep late and wakeup late too.
7 Am Is a best time to wake, because There are lots of things which we can do, which makes our health life. We can do yoga as well as we can enjoy fresh morning.
But if you wakeup late then all things getting late, just like you will eat late bath late etc.
