Latvian Liberty monument.

Its a Latvian Liberty monument which says “for Fatherland and Freedom” her nam(the women who holds three stars) is Milda.the stars symbolises three (altho we have four) counties.and,the on the bottom- the guards and knights who fought for Latvian freedom.
