Bloggers are their own journalist always gathering their own data by themselves, any little thing makes news for them even when you converse with them. Bloggers persevere for years writing many articles without getting the right audience, most blogger suffer back pain and eye problem at later part of their life.
Life of a blogger is a very busy life so i suggest for all steemians to take a break once in a while to ease that stress. Tomorrow I am joining my Technology team to chill at Abaraka Beach Delta state Nigeria, i will give you update about that later.
For the past one week i have been busy training newbie I introduced to steemit and this has affect my blog as well as my communication with my followers.
I have helped many newbie to sign up but list below are the active ones

I definitely understand sitting for long hours and staring at the screen for too long and even then I still doing think I blog enough as a programmer and a steemian...just so much work to do....but I agree breaks are a must.

I agree it's important to take a well needed break after sitting in front of a computer monitor for hours at a time. I do much of my studying and research online, so my life has basically virtual for the most part. I probably spend most of my waking hours online for the last several years. I often find that I need to get away from it all and enjoy some social time with local friends and meet new people!
