Negative views directly affect our level of motivation and our ability to cope with challenges can even control our behavior.

Block any negative thought that comes to mind and replace it with a positive one. Do not analyze and disregard everything negative that arises in your mind.
Write down for 1-2 days every negative thought you find that you think, then realize and imagine that these are just thoughts and you can choose whether to reject them or allow them to control you .
Make a list of positive things as often as possible and strive to notice and extract something positive from any situation you are in. This will help you become more optimistic.
When you create a list of tasks for the day, replace the phrase "I have to do ..." with "I want to ...".
Your subconscious does not argue with you. It accepts the declaration of your consciousness. If you say, "I can afford it," your subconscious begins to work to realize this goal. Choose a better thought and declare, "I accept it. I accept it consciously. "Dr. Joseph Murphy
