HOW TO Be More Productive and Not Waste Time

How many times did you want the day to last longer than 24 hours to get everything you want in the business and private life segment?
It seems that to a many people, time sometimes "flee" somehow, while others, in spite of numerous obligations, always get to do everything in time and ease.

The secret is in the productivity of what you are doing. Some people can do the same work for four hours as well as other people for twice as long. Apart from a good organization, it's important to concentrate, prioritize, and so on ... But it's sometimes easy to say, but it's hard to do that.

Here's how productive people do it !

They never come back to the same thing twice - they do not leave their assignments and obligations for later. Or they immediately resolve them by themselves or delegate them to other people.

Preparing for tomorrow
Ending the working day by preparing for the next. With this practice they achieve two things, summarize everything they did on that day, and make sure that tomorrow's day is equally productive.

Bite the bullet
The worst and toughest tasks are done immediately at the beginning of the working day. After that it is easier to devote themselves to less important and / or more creative tasks.

They are fighting anxiety
It seems that everything is to be terribly urgent in today's life. Productive people are well evaluating which things are really urgent and determining their importance. If the matter is not so important, then it should not have priority in urgency. It is important to do hard things first, and then only deal with less important and less urgent things.

Do not hinder meetings
Everyone knows how many meetings they can take. Productive people keep the time that the meeting needs to be productive rather than time consuming. They focus on the default theme and thus retain the motivation of everyone else.

They know to say "No"
Most productive individuals do not avoid being upset and say "no" when needed. They do not agree to any additional obligations that may harm the performance of tasks that they must already perform. People who has a hard time saying "no," are more subjected to stress, easier to "burn" at work, and are more likely to be depressed because they do not do all the tasks or perform them so well.

Checking E-mails at a Determined Time
Productive people have an e-mail checkout schedule, so they will not waste time all day long. In e-mail settings, you can easily set up options to get priority and other mail, and send feedback, for example, at which time you'll be watching and answering e-mails.

Do not work multitasking
It seems multitasking is not as good as it used to be. It seems that people doing several jobs at the same time, doing tasks of lesser quality, easily forget about information, mix them and lose. They also find it harder to discern important information than the less important, and ultimately, the worse they are organized. Producers perform one task each and make them faster and better.

Technology works for them
E-mail filters, task calendars, reminders, various "alert" apps, and so on, helps productive people to prioritize and lose less time on the things that technology do for them. If something important happens and if something is to be done, they know it in time.

Ultimately, each individual is organizing their working hours. If your business has a lot of "idle", try reorganizing the time. Of course, sometimes this is not possible, especially if it is largely dependent on other people.

Remember, the lost time is lost. Do not waste your time! People who are more effective, are happier and more relaxed.
