No. But you can thank to the experience that has happened to you “why would i thank that??” Reasonably you won’t thank it and the first place, you might even be not comfortable with holding that thought. If you believe in spirituality, they say that the the bad things happens to us, are actually your beliefs being revealed to you by the subconscious mind.
So can think about and this way and say “thank you for showing me this” release, and let go.

@tradewonk I can honestly say that the dark times and experiences I had served me greatly. I would go as far to say that the good times and bad times are equally useful. I cannot imagine who I would be without the tough people and situations in my life.
