Good luck brother. I have been doing intermittent fasting for years now. At the start it is a struggle but after awhile you become fully accustomed to the diet. It is great to lose weight and I feel like I have more energy especially in the mornings with no breakfast. A big bonus is you will have a better appreciation for food too!
