They cost me about 8£ on Amazon. I spend a fair amount of my working days behind a computer screen and I wondered if these glasses would help.
easy on the eyes!
I feel like the glasses do help. They filter the blues from the screens and more important from the horrible fluorescent lighting.
Especially after night shifts my eyes feel less tired and I have less headaches.
