ELBOW MACARONI, POTATO, AND CHICKEN CUTLETS RECIPE IN MY STYLE:
So here I want to share my recipe to make crispy elbow macaroni, potato, and chicken cutlets.
INGREDIENTS:
Elbow macaroni 1& 1/2 Cup
Water 3-4 Cups (as required)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
Boiled potato 3
Boiled chicken (shredded) 1&1/2 Cup
Capsicum 1/4 cup ( chopped)
Carrot 1/4 cup ( chopped)
Onion 1 ( chopped)
Black pepper 1tsp
Salt 1tsp to your taste)
Chili flakes 1tsp ( as your taste)
Fresh coriander 3 tbsp (chopped
Green chilies 2 ( chopped)
Soya sauce 1tbsp
Vinegar 1tbsp
Chili sauce 1tbsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Cumin ( jeera) 1tsp
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR CUTLETS TOPPING:
All-purpose flour 1 Cup
Cornflour 2 tbsps
Breadcrumbs 2 Cups ( as required)
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt pinch
Eggs 2-3
