When it comes to selling social media packages, even though we have a standard array of social media management options, sometimes you have to provide a more customised service for your clients.
For instance, if you have a client who wants to run an intensive social media campaign, such as a fan base growth, competition or even to promote their products to gain sales, their social media platforms will require more attention.
This can be replying to numerous daily enquiries, messages or responses to posts, and ultimately this can take up much more time than a client who has a standard micro campaign to gain new followers.
So, when it comes to handling your clients' social media needs it is certainly advisable to discuss their needs in full and to have everything in black and white before providing your services and charging appropriately.
