Some of us are natural writers. They are able to write an attractive, fun, readable text in a matter of minutes. Others lack that skill. If you’re a boring writer, you’ve got a tough road ahead. I hate to break it to you, but in today’s content-saturated world, people don’t have time to spend on content they don’t enjoy reading. Thankfully, there are some powerful antidotesto boring content. In this article, I’m dishing up some of my favorite.  After you read this article, go write one of your own. If you follow these tips, your article will be at least 900% more interesting.

Read a Lot

If you want to develop an attractive and interesting writing style, you should read a lot. Reading (novels, blogs, magazines, whatever) will inspire you to write your own awesome articles. It will learn you how other people form their sentences and built their paragraphs. It teaches you how to use jokes and how to play with language. Finally, lots of reading allows you to create a gut feeling about what makes a nicely readable text.Reading makes our brain open and that results in attractive writing because whatever you’ll write will be written through open mind. Which engage your reader in your blog and that’s seems them quite interesting.

Decide upon Formal or Informal

Most web texts are not very formal. Blogging allows for an informal style. However, not all blogs are alike and not all bloggers are alike. At SvTech World, we try to write in an enthusiastic and interesting manner. We are all young, our company is young and constantly changing and we very much like what we are doing. We think an enthusiastic style fits our audience. Keep in mind your brand and your audience and decide upon a formal or informal style to address your readers. Use a style that fits both you and your blog.Although SvTech World, is a tech website then too Vivek n Saurabh Given me a Chance to write blogs on self development and motivation so that they can provide more to their readers than what they expect. Similar manner when it comes to blog you have to seek your audience in your mind and decide the way you want to write for them.

Transition

A transition is a signal that you’re about to switch directions. Sometimes, writers abruptly veer from one topic straight to another. The reader, unprepared for the transition, mentally falls off.Transitions keep this from happening. The easiest way to create a transition is through visual cues — big headlines, numbered lists, that sort of thing. My best transitions are created through header tags. However, you should also create some transitions in the copy itself, especially if you’re gearing up to make a new point. It can be as simple as something like this: We’ve dealt with the importance of transitions. Now, let me show you how clarity can also make you interesting.” Some publications don’t use headings.Writers for The Atlantic, for example, must use transitions in order to maintain the flow of their articles.Transitions are simple, easy, and a quick way to keep your readers interested and engaged throughout the course of the article.

Foreshadow

Good writers use a literary device known as foreshadowing to hint at what’s coming ahead in a story. They’re not giving away the plot. Instead, they’re setting the reader up for what’s going to come. Foreshadowing helps increase the excitement and anticipation in a story. In The Lord of the Rings, Gandalf foreshadows Gollum’s role in the narrative when he says, “My heart tells me that he has some part to play yet, for good or ill, before the end”.Readers will notice Gandalf’s prediction and think, “What’s going to happen? Will Gollum do good or will he do ill?” And so they keep turning the pages. I often foreshadow in my articles by previewing what I want to communicate and the outcome of the article.I foreshadowed the content to this article when I wrote, There are some powerful antidotes to boring content. In this article, I’m filing up some of my favorite. I even promised a benefit for good measure: After you read this article, go write one of your own.“If you follow these tips, you’re article will be at least 900% more interesting as I said earlier”.Foreshadowing is nothing more complicated than pointing in the direction you’re taking your article. It helps to prevent boredom by promising the direction of the article.

To the point

If I had to distill this entire article to one powerful point it would be this: Be clear. Many times, when writers try to be more interesting, they consider techniques like active verbs or sparkling vocabulary.I have nothing against active verbs or cool words, but that’s not the main way to become more interesting. You become interesting by being clear. Clarity is saying what you need to say — nothing less, nothing more. It’s about using the right words in the right place. It’s about cutting out stuff that distracts. It’s about being plain, not fancy. If you can be clear, you will be more interesting. It’s that simple.

Make it Clear  & Small

Some people get way too worried about word count. Word count doesn’t matter as much as you think it does. The only people truly worried about word counts are people who get paid per word and some editors. You’re probably not going to copy/paste this article in wordcounter.net to find out how many words I wrote. Why would you care? You care whether or not this article is helpful. If it’s helpful, you’ll spend the seven or eight minutes reading it.If I needlessly make this article long, you’ll lose patience. I only need to make my point and stop in order to be interesting. Extra verbiage is boring. If you don’t need to say it, don’t.

Mix it up

For a Blog, to be attractive to a reader, it should be very varied. This means that you should try to mix it up a little! Try to alternate long sentences with shorter ones.Avoidlong sentences altogether. Reading from a screen tends to be hard on people. Long, complicated sentences make reading even harder.Lookat the way your sentences are composed. Try to alternate the sequence of words. The grammar of English allows for all kinds of variations in word order.Asentence like At SvtechWorld.in, we Provide Tech Updates can be written as we Provide Tech Updates at SvtechWorld.in, but also as Get Tech Updates at Svtechworld.in Varying in the composing of your sentences can make your text much more attractive. Try to use synonyms if you tend to use a word very often. Some people use the word and or too very often. Mixing it up with “also” “moreover” or  “as well” could make the text that much more attractive.

Don’t use abstract concepts

If you are writing an article, you should try to use clear terms. You should try to use words that have meaning to people, words people can visualize. Writing about staff and employees remains abstract, while writing about the secretary and the handyman has more meaning. Search Engine Optimization is a very abstract concept, while ranking high in Google will immediately make clear what you mean. Of course, you will need some abstract terms and words in your blog, but make sure to explain these terms by using concrete terms as well. Adding examples could also do the trick.

Conclusion

Of course, there are only very few of us who can write the Great Novel. Some of us just write easier than others. Obtaining an attractive writing style perhaps is harder to learn than writing in a clear structure. Still, with a little practice and the use of these 8 tips, everyone should be able to write a decent blog post.Whenyou go to write your next article, just be natural. You’re not writing for your English teacher. You’re writing for me, for your user, for normal people who just want to read simple stuff. Don’t try to impress us. Just try to get your message across clearly.
