Ecclesiastes 8:1 (NLT)
• As a believer in Christ Jesus, who is desirous of walking in godly wisdom; you would do well to always ask the Holy Spirit what to do on every matter of life.
- He speaks through inward witnesses, or intuitions. Thus, always be sensitive to know whatever the witness in your heart, when you are about to make a decision or do anything.
- You would have to train your perception or perceptiveness before you can be receiving messages clearly from the Holy Spirit without the interruption of the flesh and the wandering thoughts of the mind.
- The hidden wisdom of God, His knowing or thought, is communicated through the pattern explained above: "BUT IT WAS TO US THAT GOD REVEALED THESE THINGS BY HIS SPIRIT. FOR HIS SPIRIT SEARCHES OUT EVERYTHING AND SHOWS US GOD'S DEEP SECRETS" (1 Corinthians 2:10 NLT).
• You build communion with God through the Holy Spirit by:
I. Conversing with God, you talk with the desire to hear Him speak back or respond to what you have said.
II. Praying in tongues, that is, praying in the language of the Holy Spirit would quieten your mind; giving room for whatever message sent by the Holy Spirit through your spirit, the inward Man, to be received (1 Corinthians 14:2; Jude 20).
III. Feeding on the Word of God. Studying and pondering on the Word, asking the Holy Spirit to shed light on the passage you are reading or have read, would build and strengthen your communion with the Holy Spirit.
THE knowledge trove or repository of the Word of God in your heart is what the Holy Spirit would work through or with to convey or relay whatever message from God, via the Holy Spirit, that He is sending to you.
IF you had enough of the Word of God preoccupying your mind, It is an advantage; the flesh, or negative thoughts from the devil, would not be able to counter whatever message you are given by God through the Holy Spirit in your inward Man or spirit.
- Note: Counsel and wisdom can easily be received on any issue of life If you build a strong relationship and communion with God through the Holy Spirit.
THE Holy Spirit is the source of wisdom If you get acquainted with Him. You would not have to go to the unbelievers to receive counsel on what to do—when you had the Counselor on the inside of you.
• The knowledge you acquire through the Teaching of the Word of God should be applied in your life. What you do with the Word of God, learnt by you, determines whether you are wise or not.
- It is the application of the Word of God, and the things you are taught through your intuition by the Holy Spirit, that makes people know you have the wisdom of God.
- Jesus in one of His parables said those who do or practice His words or sayings are the Wise ones: "THEREFORE WHOEVER HEARS THESE SAYINGS OF MINE, AND DOES THEM, I WILL LIKEN HIM TO A WISE MAN WHO BUILT HIS HOUSE ON THE ROCK" (Matthew 7:24 NKJV).
- The Word of God makes wise (2 Timothy 3:15). When you practice the Word of God that you know, the ones learnt or taught, you are a wise person. While, If you failed to do or practice the Word of God you had learnt or heard or known, you are likened to a foolish person (Matthew 7:26).
- The wisdom that comes from God is the thing that will bail or help you out when the challenges of life come.
- Through the fellowshipping with God, via the Holy Spirit, steps to take about issues of life are made known to you.
- Also, wisdom should be asked in prayers, you would not be denied by God (James 1:5).
• Note: In conclusion, the wisdom we are talking about is that of God and not sensual or worldly or demonic wisdom:
6 YET WHEN I AM AMONG MATURE BELIEVERS, I DO SPEAK WITH WORDS OF WISDOM, BUT NOT THE KIND OF WISDOM THAT BELONGS TO THIS WORLD OR TO THE RULERS OF THIS WORLD, who are soon forgotten. 7 NO, THE WISDOM WE SPEAK OF IS THE MYSTERY OF GOD—HIS PLAN THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY HIDDEN, even though he made it for our ultimate glory before the world began. 9 That is what the Scriptures mean when they say, “NO EYE HAS SEEN, NO EAR HAS HEARD, AND NO MIND HAS IMAGINED WHAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM” (1 Corinthians 2:6,7,9 NLT).
• You will not fail in Jesus' name.
- The wisdom needed to make vital decisions in life shall be given to you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
- Should there be any ailment in your body, I declare your healing now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. Ask that He will write your name in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).
