這次是流動性質的。平常我都是去固定的捐血中心／捐血站，剛巧今天紅十字會的流動捐血隊到了辦公室附近，而我又剛好可以捐（在香港成年男性每次捐血之間要相隔最少75天，新加坡那邊也有類似規定嗎？），省得我下班後再繞路去捐血中心。

香港是規定捐血前四星期內沒有傳染病（如感冒、腹瀉之類也算）也沒有服用藥物，應該西藥中藥也算吧。
