Here's my entry for #bluehourphotography, a new category of the photo contest sponsored by @juliank. I hope this photo would qualify. I took this one at Guimaras Island during our audit travel.
As what I have learned, Blue Hour, also known as twilight, happens every day just before sunrise and just after sunset. Unlike the Golden Hour, though, the Blue Hour is typically much shorter than one hour. This is a special time when the sky has a vivid blue/purple hue.
