I've found an easy way to farm Weapon Powder in Blade And Soul, and it costs NOTHING.
Spam 10th Mushin Floor, It'll drop a weapon chest, Savage it then you have 4-7 Weapon Powder. It's very quick, easy and cost only 3 keys to open the chest.
You also have chance to get random Naryu Coin there.
