In a difficult life situation do not do anything, take care of yourself, first calm the mind, then asses what to do. When the mind is confused, do nothing because you can make serious mistakes. Do not act out of frustration, out of fear, out of anger, out of lust. Do not make such decisions, it is always wrong. If there is a difficult life situation, you first need to accept it, calm down, and you immediately find an outlet, you will immediately see which way is yours. It's not accidentally comes to you.

We can be only in that exact place where we should be and not in some other. We need to rise above from our level, in the situation where we are. Accept this situation first, calm down. There are no difficult situations. Difficulties, rejection, fear arise in the mind.

Why is it with me? This protest is a problem, but as soon as you relax and accept the situation, as soon as you calm down, you will immediately see what you need to do. That's why yoga is needed. Meditation means that the mind calms down, you begin to see everything.
