Day 29 Challenge(Weight loss 29/150)

Hello , today is day 29 of my challenge.
Today I trained my shoulders and trapeze.Easy workout (is is there difficult ?)
I had to have breakfast outside, so breakfast was English.
I try to stick to the plan, of course there is a discrepancy from time to time : )
