How To Boost Your Body With Vitamin C

If you want to look and feel healthy, the first step is to get enough vitamin C! It helps fight infections, reduces inflammation and damage from free radicals in the body. The foods listed below are rich in vitamin C and will help you enjoy optimal health in a great way.

1. Guava

It is difficult to find a richest nutrition than guava. Only 100 grams of fruit contain 228 milligrams of vitamin C, which is more than three times what you need on a daily basis.
