If you don't enjoy what you are doing, then why bother!? Find something health and fitness related that you do like. It's ok to laugh at yourself, have fun and enjoy life. Bodybuilding isn't for everyone and that's ok. There are many other options for fitness. Find your niche and stick with it. Be consistent and be kind to your body. If you want results, you have to work for it, push yourself but also be happy and enjoy the process. We all mess up. Pick yourself back up and keep on going!
