Bodyweight Pull ups can Kick A$$ too!

I won't underestimate body weight pull ups again! My lats are fried from last night's NYE back session. Usually I perform weighted pull ups @ fewer reps I switched them for body weight at higher reps of 10 or more. Further proof that switching routines for seemingly easier ones can lead to further gains!
