When you start enjoying the process, results are just a matter of time.
By making training an almost everyday habit, you create one of the best habits for yourself. I am not talking about the habit of being healthy, fit, confident or etc... I refer to the habit of trying your BEST to be the BEST that you can possibly be, on a daily basis.
It is getting addicted or obsessed with progress, development.
It might start as simple as "I wanna look good or I wanna be strong" and in the beginning it is a struggle. But as soon as you start not focusing just on the results but start enjoying the process, is when the magic happens.
What was at first a struggle, becomes pleasure! The pleasure of getting a good PUMP! The joy of watching yourself evolving! A transmutation of emotions!
And this newly created "habit" affects all the other areas of your life!
