Maybe you've ever seen a picture of him on Instagram when you see a page of bodybuilding or sports supplements for those who practice it, or maybe you went to an exercise routine on YouTube.
It is Rich Piana, a bodybuilder who has more than 1.2 million followers on Instagram and almost one million subscribers on YouTube, who is in an induced coma fighting for his life.
The huge Piana was found unconscious by his girlfriend Chanel Jansen apparently after suffering a blow to the head. The woman called the police for help and in the Florida mansion were found 20 bottles of stereo, so it was determined that the big guy overdosed.

The 46-year-old American, in addition to his move to bodybuilding, has been an actor and is a celebrity in social networks, where he shares advice and routines.
Piana has admitted that he started using anabolic steroids since he was 18 years old.
