Brilliantly written article. A rarity to find articles of this quality here. The problem I have been facing though is the limited choice that I have in vegetarian diets. And since I am not cheating either I am consistently losing muscle. Can you tell the exact proportion of carbs proteins and fats needed in our diet to get shredded?
